International agreement on the Iranian nuclear issue, signed in summer of 2015 (Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action - JCPOA), has become a turning point in efforts to strengthen the nuclear non-proliferation regime. However, approaches to its implementation are still the subject of controversy between the parties.
