Russia's pivot to East - ASEAN dimension: impacts, challenges and prospects

Today I am going to discuss one of the responses or reactions to the main event for us - ASEAN Summit in Russia. I am going to outline the position of the author of that reaction, then I am going to outline my point of view and my attitude towards it. My partner in this dialogue is a well-known personality in the region, Bilahari Kausikan. He is an ambassador-at-large of Singapore, and he is the secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Singapore. In the past he was the ambassador of Singapore to the Russian government, the son of the very first Singapore deputy in Russia, and was the permanent representative to the UN.
