“Today a global project in NATO-Russian relations should be initiated by North-Atlantic Alliance. In case Brussels would propose a big and well specified project to Russia, cooperation could move out of the deadlock. Holding big joint military exercises, of the kind the parties did not have for a long time already, could be a good example of such project” – PIR Center Vice President Dmitry Polikanov.
