Here it may be reasonable to come back to Russia’s proposal to draft a comprehensive European Security Treaty, once put forward by the Russian President Dmitry Medvedev. Leading expert on the military and political facets of Russian national security, U.S. foreign and military policy, and regional aspects of nuclear nonproliferation. In 2001-2008 worked as Director of the Techsnabexport (TENEX) Public Relations Department and Deputy Director General of the National Laboratory for Foreign Policy. An experienced editor, he is a co-author of several books and monographs, and an author of several articles as well as publications in Russian and foreign academic and political press.
