Biography :
Since 1982 worked at Russian Antiplague Research Institute (Saratov). 1992 – Doctor of Medical Science. Research interests: development of medical immunobiological medications, medicine biology, immunology. In 1994-1998 – Head of the training section for specialists on danger infections. 1998-2005 – Deputy Director for research work of the Russian Antiplague Research Institute (Saratov). He is a member of Coordinate Science Council for Sanitation-and-Epidemiological Protection of Russian Federation. Since 2005 Director of the State Research Center of Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology of Federal Supervision Agency for Costumer Protection and Human Welfare. Author of more than 200 scientific works and guidance documents.
