Biography :
Joined Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1992. UN civil officer in Cambodia (UNTAC, 1993). Head of the Division in the Department of Africa, Asia Australia and Pacific (1994), subsequently its Deputy Director (from 1995), Director of Department of Export Policy (1998-2001) responsible in the MOFA for export controls, defense industries cooperation, nonproliferation of weapons of mass destruction, and partially for arms control and disarmament. Ambassador of Poland to the Republic of Korea (2001-2005). Since 2005 Ambassador, Deputy Director of the Security Policy Department, MFA, responsible for disarmament, nonproliferation, export controls and defense industries cooperation.
