On January 23 President Putin suggested to hold a summit of P-5 leaders “in whatever country, in whatever part of the world, which is convenient for colleagues”. The meeting is aimed at discussing the critical mass of challenges in various fields as well regional and global conflict potential so that the P-5 countries step in and put an end to the growth of this critical mass, Putin`s spokesperson Dmitriy Peskov says. Holds a B.A. degree in International Relations from MGIMO University with major in Iranian Studies (2016). Speaks English and Persian. His research interests include Iran's nuclear program, NPT review process, Russian arms control and nonproliferation policies, and U.S.-Russia dialogue on nuclear issues. 06/19
