Biography :

In 2006 participated in PIR Center International Summer School, PIR Center intern from January till July, 2007. Graduated from Tomsk State University with major in International Relations. In 2004-2005 studied at Elon University (North Carolina, USA). Participant of the 2005 and 2006 Siberian regional student conference on non-proliferation of nuclear weapons organized with support from the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI). Research interests include China's non-proliferation policy, China's nuclear doctrine, and Russian energy policy. Deputy Editor-in-Chief of "Security Index" Journal at the PIR Center (2007 – 2008).
