PhD in History. Graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO). Completed internship at Yamagata University. In 2002-2004 – served as senior analyst at the Embassy of Russian Federation (Tokyo, Japan). Was a senior research fellow at the Institute of Oriental Studies, Russian Academy of Sciences, a member of G-20/G-8 Russian Presidential Expert Council. Has PGCertHE from London School of Economics and Political Studies (London). Associate Professor at the Department of Oriental studies, MGIMO University, since 2005; Teaches courses in English: “Regionalism in Asia-Pacific”, “Russian Foreign Policy in Asia and Africa”. Director of Russian Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Study Center (RASC), Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA). Published several papers in Russian and English on international relations in the Asia-Pacific Region, American policy in Asia, Russian foreign policy in the East. Her latest book is “The Integration Processes in the Asia-Pacific Region” (Moscow, 2011).
