Biography :

Graduated from Humanities Faculty of Novosibirsk State University with specialization “Historian. Lecturer of history with a knowledge of Chinese language” (2006), finished a post-graduate course at the RAS Institute of Far Eastern Studies (2010) with specialization in International Relations. PhD in Political Sciences.

From July 2006 to September 2016 worked in a number of government institutions including Nuclear Security and Nonproliferation Office at the Department for Nonproliferation And Arms Control of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, and Military-Political Section of Russian Embassy to the USA. As a member of interdepartmental delegations participated in events organized by IAEA, Nuclear Suppliers Group and G8 nuclear security working group.
