Was the technical leader of the first Russian project of mass broadband Internet access services and IP TV. 1995-2000 — headed the Internet project of the Combellga Internet provider, which was in Russia’s top ten in terms of revenue at the time. 2001-2003 — technical director of MTU-Intel. At the same time headed the technical service of Russia’s first project on granting broadband Internet access using ADSL technology (later known as Stream). Organized Russia’s first IP TV testing (later known as Stream TV). 2004-2005 — Deputy General Director, ROSNET. 2006-2011 — technical director of Akado-Stolitsa, Russia’s largest operator in the market of the B2C services for the Internet and cable digital television, with an audience of up to one million people. 2001-2010 — a member of the Coordination Center for TLD RU Board. Took an active part in the drafting of Russia’s first Internet normative documents on data transmission and telematics and the elaboration of technical requirements to LESS online. Biography :

Oleg Demidov graduated from the School of Public Administration at Moscow State University of Lomonosov in 2010. Currently, Oleg has been working on his Ph.D thesis at Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO University). In 2011-2012, he held the position of Project Coordinator at Center for Political and International Studies (CPIS) under the International Federation for Peace and Conciliation. Since 2012, he has served as an expert to the Commission on Information Security and Cybercrime at the Russian Association for Electronic Communications (RAEC). In 2013-2014, he held the position of Director of the Program International Information Security and Global Internet Governance at PIR Center. 

Since 2011 Oleg has been participating in the international project “A Twenty-First Century Concert of Powers” conducted by Frankfurt Peace Research Institute (PRIF) (through 2014). He is the author of a number of research articles on information security, cybersecurity, and global internet governance in PIR Center’s Security Index journal and other editions. Oleg serves as the Secretary of the Working Group on International Information Security and Global Internet Governance under PIR Center Advisory Board. In March 2014 Oleg became a member of the Research Advisory Network (RAN) under the Global Commission on Internet Governance (CGIG). PIR Center Advisory Board member since 2015. 06/17

Mikhail is an experienced attorney and specialist in the field of information security. He is the  PayPal IRM Director, earlier - vice president of the Mail.ru Group and previously served as president of the Coordination Center of the Russian Top-Level Domain (RU), DST Advisors Managing Director. Mikhail focuses on information rights issues, including access to information. He has co-authored the drafts of most of Russia's legislation on information technology. Previously, he was employed at Microsoft Russia, where he was responsible for the corporation's cooperation with governmental authorities in Russia and other CIS states. Mikhail represented the Russian Federation in the G8 working group on legal issues, and in 2004, he was a member of the working group on Internet governance established by the U.N. Secretary-General. Mikhail served as the Chair of PIR Center's Working Group on International Information Security and Global Internet Governance under the Center's Advisory Board in 2012-2014.
