Oleg Demidov is Director of the Program International Information Security and Global Internet Governance at PIR Center. He graduated from the School of Public Administration at Moscow State University of Lomonosov in 2010. Currently, Oleg has been working on his Ph.D thesis at Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO University). In 2011-2012, he held the position of Project Coordinator at Center for Political and International Studies (CPIS) under the International Federation for Peace and Conciliation. Since 2012, he has served as an expert to the Commission on Information Security and Cybercrime at the Russian Association for Electronic Communications (RAEC). 

Since 2011 Oleg has been participating in the international project “A Twenty-First Century Concert of Powers” conducted by Frankfurt Peace Research Institute (PRIF) (through 2014). He is the author of a number of research articles on information security, cybersecurity, and global internet governance in PIR Center’s Security Index journal and other editions. Oleg serves as the Secretary of the Working Group on International Information Security and Global Internet Governance under PIR Center Advisory Board. In March 2014 Oleg became a member of the Research Advisory Network (RAN) under the Global Commission on Internet Governance (CGIG). Oleg attends major international conferences and summits on the issues of cybersecurity and internet governance in Russia and abroad. He speaks English fluently.

Junior Reserach Fellow at the Russian Institute for Strategic Studies. Got her MA at «Pacific studies» program of the School of International Relations, St.-Petersburg State University. In August 2008 had the internship in the Department of Asia-Pacific region, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. In 2010 attended the lectures on countering nuclear terrorism   (joint research project of the School of International Relations, St-Petersburg State University and the Belfer Center, Harvard University). In November 2010 participated in the St-Petersburg conference of young Japanologist. Claire Lucien graduated with honors from the Institut d'Etudes Politique de Lille and the University of Kent with a major in Politics and International Relations. She is now finishing her MA at the Higher School of Economics with a focus on international security and Russia. In 2010, she interned for the French Defense Ministry where she worked for the Russia, Ukraine and Eurasia Desk of the Directorate for Strategic Affairs. In 2009, she led a study to evaluate the impact of the 2008 French White Book and the interest for the French Defense in Germany. In 2008, she participated and helped organize the Summer Course “What Iraq for tomorrow” at the Geneva International Peace Research Institute. Research interests: European security, Russian foreign and security policy, NATO-Russia relations. PIR Center intern in 2011.

Pavel Luzin is a lecturer in the Department of the World History in the Perm State National Research University and in the Department of the Liberal Arts in the Higher School of Economics (Perm campus). In 2009 he was an employee in the Office of Perm region to the Government of the Russian Federation.
