The signing in Prague of the Protocol on Termination of the Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance signed in Warsaw on May 14, 1955 and its Extension Protocol signed in Warsaw on April 26, 1985.

Vienna + Geneva is a monthly analytical and information newsletter (in Russian) providing its readers with news, documents and analytical materials covering the activities of the European-based intergovernmental organizations in the filed of nuclear nonproliferation and disarmament: the Conference on Disarmament, the International Atomic Energy Agency and the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty Organization.

Currently the bulletin is frozen because of the development of a new concept.
