Extending remote work mode

MARCH 27, 2020  Due to the coronavirus pandemic growth, the remote work mode for all PIR Center employees has been extended until April 12, 2020, with the possibility of subsequent extension.

All employees are prohibited from visiting the office from March 30 to April 5. These days they should stay home and conduct the work remotely.

During other time periods and until the end of the special circumstances, all employees under the age of 65 are advised to minimize office visits and generally minimize movement around the city.

All employees over 65 years are prohibited from visiting the office from now until the end of the special circumstances.

All employees working from Moscow are prohibited from leaving Moscow during the period of the remote work regime, in particular, now and until April 12, with the possibility of further extension. All employees are encouraged to minimize the use of public transport. Except for the period from March 30 to April 5, our PO Box should be checked once a week.

For all employees returning from abroad, a mandatory regime of two-week self-isolation applies.

We have implemented and are stably operating remote work mechanisms by e-mail. All regular employees, non-staff employees, civil contract staff and consultants located in Moscow are required to be available on WhatsApp from 9.00 to 18.00 (MSK) from Monday to Friday inclusive.

Take care of your health and the health of your loved ones. Maintain composure and show courage.
