PIR Center Library series

Since 2000, the PIR Center has been publishing monographs of the PIR Center Library series. The Center has published 14 monographs, including the two-volume textbook for Russian higher education institutions entitled Nuclear Nonproliferation, the guideboook Global Partnership Against The Spread Of Weapons Of Mass Destruction report Russians on the Threat of WMD Proliferation and Terrorism (in English and Russian), and monography of Russian Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov Arms Control.
