Individual membership includes:
- subscription to a full set of PIR publications (delivery within Moscow or by registered mail outside of Moscow), as well as electronic publications;
- access to archieves PIR's Nuclear Russia (YADRO) database, the PIR Center Arms Control Library, archives, and dossiers;
- discounts (up to 50%) for information and consulting services;
- within the Club framework, the PIR Center convenes regular meetings, where members can exchange views on topics of interest, make useful contacts in informal atmosphere, etc.
Members receive a card to their name entitling them to all club offers and to the participation in personal capacity in the events organized by the PIR Center.
