The PIR Center Club was founded in February 2000. It is comprised of individuals and organizations providing substantial support for PIR activities and maintaining lasting friendly relations with the Center. These are banks, large companies, diplomatic missions, etc. The idea of the Club is to provide exclusive access to information on international politics and security.
The fee includes:
1) Subscription to a full set of PIR publications (delivery within Moscow or by registered mail outside of Moscow), including:
Yaderny Kontrol journal (6 issues in Russian, printed version),
Yaderny Kontrol Digest (4 issues in English, printed version),
PIR Study Papers: Russia's and Global Security (3 issues in Russian, printed version),
Russian Security Executive Intelligence Newsletter (24 issues in Russian or in English, printed or electronic version),
Arms Control & Security Letters (10 issues in English, electronic version),
Missiles and Outer Space bulletin (4 issues in Russian, print version),
books from the "PIR Library" series (in Russian, printed version),
Yaderny Kontrol: Information Russian Press Digest (twice a week, in Russian, electronic version),
2) Members get access to archieves PIR's Nuclear Russia database, the PIR Center Arms Control Library, archives, and dossiers.
3) Members enjoy the right to obtain information and consulting services at a preferential rate (up to a 50% discount).
4) Within the Club framework, the PIR Center will convene regular meetings (with receptions a la fourchet), where members can exchange views on topics of interest, make useful contacts in informal atmosphere, etc.
Corporate members enjoy all rights and privileges under paragraphs 2-4 with formula "1+1", i.e. there is one more person who is entitled to enjoy all benefits of Club membership.
All collected financial means will be spent on the development of PIR projects, above all, the educational program for young specialists in the area of nonproliferation.
