Dmitry Kovchegin

Dmitry Kovchegin is a PIR Center Junior Research Associate, and student of the Moscow Engineering and Physics Institute (MEPhI). From October to December 1999, he held an internship at the Center for Nonproliferation Studies, Monterey Institute of International Studies (USA). Current research interests include the nonproliferation aspects of nuclear material management and nuclear technologies. Kovchegin is participating in many of the PIR Center's projects. He is currently preparing a piece on illicit trafficking in nuclear materials.
