Vadim Kozyulin

Vadim Kozyulin

Vadim Kozyulin has been a Research Associate at the PIR Center since 1994. He graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) in 1990, and worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs before joining the staff of the daily newspaper Moskovskii Novosti ("Moscow News"). Current research interests include the military-technical co-operation between Russia and other states, and Kozulin collaborates closely with companies engaged in specialised export from CIS states and further afield. He is currently working on a dissertation devoted to Russia's military-technical co-operation with Arab states, and participating in the project "Non-governmental Register of Conventional Arms Exports from Russia and the CIS".
