Graduated from the Tomsk State University in 2000, majored in international relations. Speaks English and German.
During her studies, she participated in the scientific-practical conference "Siberia in the System of Russian External Relations" (Tomsk, 1999) and in the international student conference "Central Asia on the International Arena" (Bishkek, 1999). Ms. Tsyrenzhapova had an internship in the MFA's Department for Links with Constituent Entities of the Federation, the Parliament and the Public Organizations and was an intern in the Committee for International Affairs of the State Duma.
