Vyacheslav Zaytsev

Vyacheslav Zaytsev has been Assistant Director on Finance and Chief Accountant of the PIR Center since 1996. Born in 1948, he graduated from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute in 1972 and took a job as Engineer at TsNIIAtomInform (Central Scientific Research Institute for Nuclear Information). During his 8 years at the Institute, Zaytsev was promoted to Senior Engineer, Group Head and Head of Laboratory. Between 1980 and 1983, he was in charge of the laboratory at NII Voskhod. After completing an accountancy course, Zaytsev has been working in the Reserve Fund of Non-State Pension Fund of the Russian Federation since 1983.
