PIR HOTLINE

Since September 2001 the PIR Center has been implementing the PIR Hotline project.

The objective of the project is to inform timely Russian and international experts, officials of the Russian executive and legislature on the situation in the area of WMD nonproliferation, nonproliferation of delivery systems and nuclear arms control.

Within the framework of the project the following materials came out:

• America's Worst Nightmare? Osama bin Laden and Weapons of Mass Destruction (Adam Dolnik, September 14, 2001)
