Arms Control & Security Letters
The PIR Center has published Arms Control & Security Letters since 1998. Each letter contains a short commentary on a specific issue relating to a recent event in the area of arms control and WMD nonproliferation. Authors of the letters are PIR staff members. The letters are disseminated in English once a month - sometimes more frequently if events warrant it - by e-mail to leading specialists in arms control and to major media sources around the world.
