ARMS CONTROL & SECURITY LETTERS

The "Arms Control & Security Letters" is the PIR Center's monthly electronic periodical. It is published since the beginning of the 2003. It has inherited from the two previous PIR Center editions "Russian Security", that was published starting 1997 in printed form and "Arms Control Letters" that first saw light in 1998.

This newsletter is now published every month (except for January and August). It offers the opinions on the problems of WMD proliferation, megaterrorism, arms control, nuclear energy, military technical cooperation, and global security.

Among its authors are the PIR Center's researchers and advisors, experts in the field of international security, nuclear nonproliferation, and missile technologies.
