THE PIR STUDY PAPERS: RUSSIA'S AND GLOBAL SECURITY

PIR Study Papers, or Nauchnye Zapiski PIR Tsentra, have been published in Russian three times a year since 1996. They are registered under ISSN 1605-7147. 700-2000 copies of the papers are disseminated. The papers publish the intermediate and final results of PIR Center projects. PIR Center colleagues Dr. Ildar Akhtamzyan, Dr. Dmitry Evstafiev, Dr. Andrei Zagorski, Gen. (ret.) Yevgeny Maslin, Dr. Vladimir Orlov, Amb. Roland Timerbaev, and Prof. Yury Fedorov make the Editorial Board. The technical editor is Karina Furaleva.
