The PIR Center for Policy Studies publishes the final products of its research in the form of periodicals (journals, newsletters, study papers, and reports) and books, reference books and textbooks (PIR Library Series) on urgent issues related to national, regional, and international security.

In the process of preparing publications the PIR Center attracts its own staff and leading Russian and foreign scientists as contributors to PIR's research. Before the publication, the studies are discussed at the PIR Research Council, which brings together key Russian researchers and experts from the academic and governmental circles.
